GB Hotel Group (GBHG) is a private hospitality investment group headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. Our growing portfolio represents internationally recognized brands such as Marriott International, Wyndham Hotels and InterContinental Hotels Group.

GBHG is led by a team of hospitality experts and real estate professionals with more than 100 years of combined experience. We strategically position, market, and brand each of our properties with the main goal to exceed guest and associate experience while attaining optimum earning potential for the Group.

GB Hotel Group is the hospitality division of GB Companies. Since 2004 GB Companies has owned and/or operated a variety of commercial real estate assets. These include Multifamily Apartment Communities and Triple Net Retail with tenants such as Bank of America, BB&T, Colonial Bank, CVS Pharmacy, 7-eleven, John Deere, Home Depot amongst others. In addition, GB Companies has a variety of business interests, such as educational and health care organizations in Mexico and South America.

Our short-term objective is to strengthen our platform and reputation as a best-in-class hotel company. We achieve this through our focus on People, Processes, and Innovation. Our strategic planning and management systems keep our organization aligned behind a shared vision of success. This is how we are leveraging our results to realize our long-term vision of growing in scope and scale to include the acquisition of additional assets over the next two years. We will continue to be a “match-maker”, bringing together the best hotel properties, with the best investors, in the best markets, with a focus towards the Marriott brand in the United States, Mexico and South America.
