GB Hotel Group (GBHG) is a privately owned hospitality and asset investment group headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. Our growing portfolio represents internationally recognized brands such as Marriott International, Wyndham Hotels, and InterContinental Hotels Group.

We have an outstanding track record of exceeding sales goals and reaching all-time sales records in our markets. We are engaged and involved at the property level to ensure proper cost control measures and that our hotels run as efficiently as possible. Our proven expense reduction plans have increased GOP for our managed portfolios.

FINANCIAL REPORTING AND HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGMENT

Our accounting team specializes in hospitality financial reporting, ensuring the most accurate and detailed information is shared. Our advanced platforms allow us to compile and analyze data in real time. Our accounting team works closely with our operations department to identify and optimize the highest possible GOP. We offer treasury management and cash flow projections to assist in planning for the future.

 

At GB Hotel Group, we understand that positive employee relations are vital to the continued success of a hotel. We take great pride in providing the highest quality in staff management. Our certified Human Resources team is equipped to provide all employee services, starting with recruiting, benefits management, payroll, and all federal/state tax and DOL compliance reporting. 

RENOVATION AND PIP MANAGEMENT

GB Hotel Group has completed numerous major construction and renovation projects across our portfolio. Whether it be a new owner PIP, brand-required cycle renovation, updating ADA compliance, or soft refresh, we oversee the project from the budgeting phase to construction to completion audits. Our attention to detail ensures all CIP projects are completed promptly, according to the required scope. Additionally, we specialize in working with lenders to obtain reserve disbursements.
