Our advanced platforms allow us to compile and analyze data in real time. Our accounting team works closely with our operations department to identify and optimize the highest possible GOP. We offer treasury management and cash flow projections to assist in planning for the future.

Our certified Human Resources team is equipped to provide all employee services, starting with recruiting, benefits management, payroll, and all federal/state tax and DOL compliance reporting.
RENOVATION AND PIP MANAGEMENT
GB Hotel Group has completed numerous major construction and renovation projects across our portfolio. Whether it be a new owner PIP, brand-required cycle renovation, updating ADA compliance, or soft refresh, we oversee the project from the budgeting phase to construction to completion audits. Our attention to detail ensures all CIP projects are completed promptly, according to the required scope. Additionally, we specialize in working with lenders to obtain reserve disbursements.
